Where was I?
A

Hi there!! I’m Anoushka, a budding engineering student navigating the chaos of the tech world — sometimes lost, but always curious. I’m upskilling one step at a time, building one project at a time, and slowly trying to make sense of it all.

“One month later”

It’s been a month and a half since I posted.. So what have I been up to?

Honestly, to begin with, the DSA challenge had to come to a halt, while I do still study that it's been with regards to my college curriculum solely, which brings me to my next point.

I started this blog back in the summer, when I had just completed my first year. The break gave me time to focus on things that I am actually enthusiastic about, for instance, starting this blog! I knew the time that I’d have to dedicate to this would be a lot, and considering the other things I brought upon myself, I should’ve anticipated better.

What exactly am I talking bout?

So that you have a better idea, I will just explain the things I am a part of, that would be kinda interesting to a few, cuz to me it does mean a lot, dedicating my time to different things.

The big board

To begin with, our college has a board, the SP&CR Board {it stands for Student Progression and Corporate Relations, heavy name i know}, as the name suggests we are the bridge between the students of our college and the corporate, we’ve got various teams like the Training and Placement Cell, the Data Operations Team, the CSR Team, Alumni Connect, aaand of course the Media team.

The Placement cell, or as we at college call it, the TnP Cell, is responsible for: you guessed it, training the students, getting internships, making sure the students are placed successfully, and maintaining connections with various HRs.

And what does the media team do? The media team is responsible for maintaining the presence of the Board and College online.

A lot goes into just getting the word out about all the stuff the other teams are doing. Like, when the TnP Cell brings in a cool company or the Alumni team connects with a grad, the news gets shared. Posts are also made to help out, like those roadmaps and placement tips. And things are kept real with the memes and just, like, whatever else is happening on campus.

So yeah, a lot goes into making sure the college community is in the loop. The team is pretty much on all days of the week. The focus is on making sure the content isn't just a post, but something fresh and so good the community actually wants to see.

Well, I am a part of these two teams :D.

I have worked with the Data Ops team too, but y'all are gonna get bored with it.

In the media team, I am responsible for ideations, making sure I am giving the content to the designers in a way that is feasible for them to bring the design to life, the way the team envisions it. I also handle the content calendar and need to sometimes co-coordinate the team.

I'm a Google whaaa

A Google student ambassador. It sounds huge i know, I could talk more about how i got into it if anyone is genuinely interested, It’s just that i represent the student face of gemini AI at my college campus, where i hold workshops to tell people more about gemini and its new features as soon as they come :D.

Well alongwith allat I’d got my college coursework to catch up on as well, this semester my subjects are, Data Structures, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Electronics and Logic Design, Operating Systems and Digital Finance as an elective. We’ve got Unit Tests and other assignments at hand right now for each of the subjects sigh

And with that being said, gotta get back to that, I shall keep y’all updated on what’s on my plate as i keep feeling overwhelmed-

But thats normal right? *nervous chuckles

A messy log of what I study, build, and break. No idea what I’m doing, but hey — you’re here with me. I still don’t know, but I’m not stopping anytime soon.
